- Can I Sync Financial Data Two-Ways?
Yes, ActiveInvoice allows for both a one way push of information from Salesforce to Xero and a Two-Way sync of information back from Xero to Salesforce. Data from Xero can include invoice numbers, payment status and the Invoice PDF
- Does the ActiveInvoice connector automate the reconciliation process in Xero?
No, ActiveInvoice does not automate the reconciliation process in Xero. If you are using ActiveInvoice with its Two-Way sync feature then ActiveInvoice will sync information from Xero to Salesforce on a reconciliation event automatically.
- Can I sync payment plan information from Salesforce?
Yes, via an ActiveInvoice custom feature. ActiveInvoice is able to sync payment plan details and set up either as multiple invoices, or multiple line items on a single invoice in Xero.
ActiveInvoice reporting within Salesforce will show the payment status of each payment and identify whether a payment has been missed, or is late based on a defined period of time (e.g. 1 day, 1 week etc).

- How does the pricing work?
ActiveInvoice is available on an upfront quarterly, or annual basis. Contact us for more information.
- How do I create an invoice from Salesforce?
An invoice can be automatically created on the change a stage in Salesforce, commonly the change to “Closed Won” on the opportunity object. Alternatively many customers prefer a Button on the Opportunity, or Work Order Object to sync and create your invoice at any point.
- Can I send an invoice from Salesforce?
Under our custom offerings, an automation can be set up to send the PDF to the Invoice Contact via a Salesforce generated email template
- Can I sync payment types between Salesforce and Xero?
Yes, Credit Card, Eftpos, BPAY, Afterpay, Latitude Pay. Contact us for further information.
- Can I connect to more than on Xero Account?
Yes, with our custom features you are able to connect to multiple Xero Accounts. ActiveInvoice will support a Franchise model
